New Bench at Pump Track

After contributing to the success of receiving multi-million pound investment for the creation of the pump track, RDCC have been pushing further to have a new bench and bin installed for families to utilise whilst their loved ones enjoy the use of the track. Roswell residents have been very impressed and enthused by this track and are enjoying the investment into Rosewell’s community. The only thing missing was somewhere to sit. 

RDCC took this request and the passionate comments of our community members back to the council to try and get a bench and a bin installed for usage at the pump track. After some months of communication and the backing of our local councillors, we are pleased to say that this request has been granted and there is now newly installed seating down at the track with a bin to hopefully address some of the issues of littering that have been commented on.
